In a strategic move the company believes will allow it to better serve its growing continental customer base, Point Source Audio has opened the doors to its first European headquarters.
The facility is located in Dublin, and marks the audio technology company’s first dedicated office outside of the United States.
Point Source Audio is known for its headset, earworn, and earmounted microphones, and the European office will be led by seasoned Business Development Manager Gerry Forde. He will be supported by Service Engineer James Killalea and Office Administrator Aoife Mc Carthy.
“The establishment of this European hub aims to streamline distribution processes, ensuring faster delivery times and expanded customer reach,” Point Source Audio said.
Point Source Audio President James Lamb emphasized that the decision to open the European office was driven by the increasing requests for the company’s products in diverse applications, from broadcast to theatre. “Having a dedicated presence closer to our European customer base is an important step, which we feel will have a very positive impact on the service they receive,” he said.
