Nexstar Media Group, the nation’s top owner of broadcast TV stations that seeks to acquire TEGNA, has confirmed that select members of its C-Suite will participate in four institutional investor conferences in September and October.
On Wednesday, Sept. 3, Nexstar Chairman/CEO Perry Sook and Executive VP/Chief Financial Officer Lee Ann Gliha will participate in a Fireside Chat presentation at the Citi 2025 Global TMT Conference.
The event, to be held at the Hilton New York Hotel, will see the two Nexstar leaders appear at 8:50am Eastern.
The following day, Gliha and Sook will offer a reprise of sorts, as they’ll appear at the BofA 2025 Media, Communications and Entertainment Conference. That event is on September 4 at Bank of America Pavilion in New York, and their second “Fireside Chat” is on the schedule for 2:50pm Eastern that day.
Sook and Gliha then fly west to the Goldman Sachs Communacopia and Technology, on September 8 at The Palace in San Francisco. They’ll participate in another “Fireside Chat” at that event, with their chat scheduled for 11:30am Pacific.
Lastly, Gliha will hit the road and travel to the Fairmont Hotel in Austin for the Deutsche Bank’s 33rd Annual Leveraged Finance Conference on October 14.
For this event, she’ll be joined by Nexstar President/COO Michael Biard.
A live webcast and replay of the Citi, BofA and Goldman Sachs fireside chats will be available through the “Events and Presentations” section under “Investor Relations” on Nexstar’s website.
