Nexstar Execs Finalize Plans For Two Investor Events

BOCA RATON, FLA.  — The nation’s leading licensee of broadcast television stations has confirmed that members of its C-Suite will participate in a pair of key institutional investor conferences coming after the Thanksgiving holiday.

On December 3, Nexstar Media Group EVP/Chief Financial Officer Lee Ann Gliha will be present at the BofA 2024 Leveraged Finance Conference, an event that Townsquare Media CFO Stu Rosenstein and CEO Bill Wilson are also attending.

Gliha is expected to address Nexstar’s 2024 fiscal health report, the impact of broadcast TV political advertising on the 2024 election, and the “potential for ownership de-regulation under the new administration and how and why Nexstar could participate.”

Gliha will then be heading to New York to join Chairman/CEO Perry Sook at the December 9 UBS Global Communications Conference. The event, to be staged at Eleven Madison in Manhattan, will see Sook and Gliha participate in a Fireside Chat scheduled for 3:45pm Eastern.
