Nexstar Media Group has attracted two well-known seasoned sales executives to its National Sales Group to serve as SVP/National Sales and SVP/Digital Sales. Strategy and Growth, respectively.
They’ll report to President of National Sales Dan Lanzano and are being added to the team as part of a goal to strengthen the organization’s commitment to expanding multi-platform advertising and partnership opportunities across Nexstar’s broadcast and digital portfolio.
Earning the national sales post is Todd Schwartzman, as Kristin Wnuk (pictured, top left) has taken the digital role.
Schwartzman will lead national sales, strategy and partnership efforts across Nexstar’s Networks division and digital platforms, including The CW, NewsNation, and digital multicast networks Antenna TV and Rewind TV. He will work closely with Shawn Chekmayan, Nexstar’s Sr. VP of Multi-Platform Sales; and Jon Camera; Nexstar’s Senior Vice President of National Sales, to “spearhead high-impact linear and digital initiatives designed to elevate Nexstar’s national footprint.” He previously served as SVP of Portfolio Commercial Sales at AMC Networks, and prior to that held senior roles at BBC America and SundanceTV. He began his career at CBS Television Distribution and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.
Wnuk, who will focus on building strategic plans and growth initiatives across the Network division’s digital portfolio, as well as national spot sales, political sales, and programmatic sales, most recently served as EVP of Global Sales at Extreme Reach. Before that, she held leadership positions at Hulu and Roku, launching local sales efforts at both companies. Wnuk is a highly visible TV sales leader who has actively participated in Matrix Solutions summits in recent years.

Concurrently, Laura Lamattina has been promoted from Vice President and Creative Director of Branded Entertainment for The CW Network to Senior Vice President of Marketing Solutions and Brand Partnerships for the Nexstar National Sales Group. She also reports to Lanzano.
In her new role, Lamattina will lead custom sponsorship creation and execution across Nexstar’s national sales division and also lead brand partnerships and marketing integrations that include Nexstar’s cross-portfolio special events. This includes the recently launched “My American Story,” a 2026 campaign which pays tribute to America’s 250th birthday.
