He’s back, and he’s taking the role of CFO for the provider of service management platforms for the delivery of advanced television services.
He will take on duties from retiring CFO John Doerner and will lead Minerva’s worldwide accounting, human resources, information technology and facilities departments.
Returning to Minerva Networks is Mike Davies.
In his previous tenure at Minerva, Davies previously served as Minerva’s Corporate Controller.

Davies has held executive level positions with Kumo, Cohere Technologies, and Entrisphere (acquired by Ericsson, where he led the finance function for multiple wireline product divisions).
