In March 2021, Jinny Laderer, the co-founder and Chief Executive of vCreative, shifted to the role of President Emerita. Taking over as CEO: Susie Hedrick.

Now, Atlanta-based vCreative, which has become an established media workflow-focused technology company, has revealed who will succeed Hedrick, who has accepted a leadership position at WideOrbit — the company she departed to join vCreative nearly four years ago.

As first reported by Streamline Publishing’s Radio Ink, Mary DelGrande has been promoted to CEO of the company.

DelGrande has been the SVP of Sales at vCreative since November 2019. Before that, she spent nearly two decades at Premiere Radio Networks, ascending to VP/Affiliate Sales. Early career highlights includes roles as an Account Executive for National Network Sales at the original Westwood One, in the mid-1990s; and as a Manager of Affiliate Relations for CBS Radio.

“I am honored to lead such a great team and humbled by the faith Susie and Jinny have placed in me,” DelGrande said. “I am energized by the opportunities ahead for vCreative and I look forward to working with our team and partners to build on the tremendous growth and success we have achieved so far.”

Hedrick joined vCreative in February 2019 after serving as SVP/Sales for North America at WideOrbit, overseeing successful TV, radio, network and digital divisions. She assisted vCreative’s transition to new ownership under Banyan Software, the entity led by CEO David Berkal, and introduced software development disciplines that resulted in the release of several new products and strategic industry integrations over the past four years.

“I am proud of the vCreative team and what we have accomplished,” Hedrick commented, adding, “We continue to drive the values that have made vCreative an industry leader, advancing our products and keeping our customers and industry at the center of everything that we do. Mary is the perfect person to continue to deliver exceptional results and I am confident she is the right leader to continue vCreative’s legacy of innovation.”

In 2019, the Laderers sold vCreative to Banyan Software, an investment company with a unique buy and hold model.
