The FCC’s Media Bureau has denied an Application for Review filed by prolific Christian Contemporary Music noncomm Educational Media Foundation that sought review of the Bureau’s mid-2016 decision to award a new low-power FM station in Pasadena, Calif., which came with a waiver of the second-adjacent channel minimum distance separation requirements.
