NORTHVILLE, MICH. — A Class B AM radio station with a 5kw directional daytime signal from two towers and a 4.5kw nighttime signals from 4 towers serving the Lansing, Mich., area, is being sold by Christian Broadcasting System Ltd.
The buyer is a bigger broadcast ministry, with an office located in nearby Ann Arbor, Mich.
WLCM-AM 1390, licensed to Holt, Mich., is being sold to Ave Maria Communications.
A $250,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties.
A $12,500 is being held by Fletcher, Heald, and Hildreth, the legal representative of the seller.
Christian Broadcasting System is led by Jon Yinger, who serves as President/CEO of the licensee and of Broadcast Properties LLC.
Equipment being traded includes a Harris Corp. 5kw transmitter, a BE 6kw transmitter and the towers, inclusive of STLs.
