We asked:

We’ve heard you have some unique insights on how local is back this year, on the heels of automotive dollars. What can you tell us about that?

How is Univision making local TV, radio and online work together these days? How about some specific promotions, events, etc. that really stand out?

Your local O&Os’ ratings in Los Angeles, New York and other top markets continually are in the Top 10 nationally – to what do you attribute that?

Tell us about the reach and demos of your stations and specific programming/dayparts.

At this point in the post-digital transition are most Univision TV stations on par for signal strength and coverage with the other major OTA affiliates like NBC, CBS, Fox and ABC in your markets?

How significant a role does online and mobile play for you?

Why doesn’t Spanish language media receive its fair share of ad revenues despite the current and rapidly-growing size of the Hispanic community in America?

As a former cable TV exec, what lessons from that experience do you find useful on the broadcast side of the business?

Local TV is really benefitting from political dollars right now, perhaps more than any other media. Are Univision stations getting their fair share of those particular dollars?

Similarly, you worked in English language media for the majority of your career before joining Univision, what are some of the major differences and similarities you’ve noticed between the two sides?

What advantage does local spot cable have over local broadcast TV and vice-versa?

Any predictions for the rest of the year and 2013?
