An AM/FM combo in Warrenton, Mo., and an accompanying trio of FM translators — including one licensed to St. Louis — are being transferred to the personal representative to the estate of the individual who owned them.
The change in control comes after the owner’s recent passing.
Steven C. Kaspar died on September 4, 2024, and Warren County, Mo., Probate Court has finalized the ability for the transfer of control of KWRE-AM & KFAV-FM in Warrenton and FM translators K268CT, K286BG and K236CK to Patricia Kaspar, as executor of his estate.
Handling the FCC transfer of control request is Anthony T. Lepore of Radiotvlaw Associates.
Warrenton is just to the west of St. Louis.
