It has been licensed to Get After It Media-owned Digital Networks LLC but hasn’t fully served a portion of Northern California until now.
As a result, viewers in the Chico, Calif. area can now tune to one of five digital multicast networks housed on this property, a low-power TV station serving this small collegiate city between Sacramento and Redding that is the birthplace of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
KXCH-LD 19 in Chico is officially on the air thanks to Digital Networks LLC, several years after it was licensed and subsequently built out.
The Heartland Network is on the DT1 signal, with four digital multicast channels available:

“Chico is an amazing city, the largest one in California north of Sacramento, and I have no doubt its residents will enjoy the variety of programming our networks provide,” said Joel Wertman, the President of Digital Networks, the successor to Luken Communications.
The Heartland Network focuses on country music and lifestyle entertainment, while Retro TV is the first and one of the longest-running digital broadcast networks in the country, highlighting classic series and movies.
Rev’n is devoted to car enthusiasts, while The Action Channel specializes in extreme sports. The Family Channel offers cooking shows, travel programs and home improvement reality series, in addition to other all-ages fare.
