Interep has retained DC-based Venn Strategies of Washington, DC to collaborate on a strategic initiative to increase radio’s share of political advertising expenditures during this year’s presidential election.
The effort will target the campaigns of the presidential contenders, as well as issue spending, advocacy groups and other political entities with significant advertising budgets. The goal will be to increase political spending on radio by delivering turnkey, integrated solutions that combine radio with a variety of additional touch points, including digital marketing platforms, local events and mobile campaign extensions.
