TORONTO — ATSC 3.0 research, testing, and deployment is moving beyond the U.S., South Korea, Brazil and Jamaica. At present, the Broadcast-Broadband Convergence B²CLab infrastructure at Humber College in Toronto is squarely focused on bringing the benefits of the new digital broadcast television technology to Canada.
