Beasley Media Group is welcoming a new Vice President of Human Resources, and it is an individual who previously served as a Senior Human Resources Executive at Procter & Gamble.
Bill Sontag “brings extensive experience and a proven track record in human resources leadership to his new role,” Beasley said in an announcement distributed Wednesday.
His naming as Human Resources VP may not be that noteworthy to many within Naples, Fla.-based Beasley, as he’s been consulting the company over the past several months and has played a key role in guiding Beasley’s successful transition from TriNet to Engage PEO.
“Our people are the heart of our company, and strong leadership in this area is essential as we continue to evolve,” said Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley. “Bill’s thoughtful approach, deep expertise, and commitment to building strong, engaged teams have already made a meaningful impact. We are excited to have him join our leadership team.”
