WFCC-FM 107.5 in Chatham, Mass., with a Class B signal, is being sold by Cape Cod Broadcasting License I LLC and Sandab Communications Ltd. Partnership II to K-Love.
A $362,000 purchase price was agreed to, with an $18,100 escrow deposit being held by broker Robert Maccini of Signal Ventures Inc., representing the seller.
Serving as the seller’s legal counsel is Matthew DelNero of Covington Law; K-LOVE’s legal counsel is again Paige Fronabarger at Wilkinson Barker Knauer.
With the sale of WFCC, one of the country’s last commercially licensed Classical stations is poised to come to its conclusion. It also brings a format hole to the region, as WCRB’s over-the-air signal cannot be heard on Cape Cod.
