The WNBA team serving the Atlanta market is gaining a larger audience than ever for the upcoming 2026 season. It involves local and national coverage, with a roster of games airing across the Gray Media broadcast TV pair serving its home market and the regional over-the-air Peachtree Sports Network.
It is thanks to a full-season local TV broadcast agreement renewal between Gray and the Atlanta Dream. The deal ensures that any non-national broadcast will be seen on its WPCH-TV and WANF-TV in Atlanta and on PSN.
The new agreement also includes a new pre-game show hosted by Atlanta News First Sports Director Baillie Burmaster, featuring scouting reports, player spotlights and a look around the WNBA.
“We’re excited to expand the coverage with a new pre-game show that adds even more context and storytelling for fans,” said Gray Media Atlanta GM Erik Schrader. “This partnership is about delivering high-quality local broadcasts, widening access across the Southeast, and showcasing the WNBA the way it deserves.”
The Atlanta Dream broadcast crew returns for the 2026 season, featuring Angel Gray calling play-by-play for her sixth consecutive year and analyst Tabitha Turner marking her sixth straight season and eighth overall; Autumn Johnson is back for her sixth year as sideline reporter.
“We appreciate Gray Media’s support of the Atlanta Dream and our shared commitment to bring the WNBA to more fans in the Southeast,” said Morgan Shaw Parker, President/COO of the Atlanta Dream. “The Gray Media team has invested heavily in allowing us to grow the game and ensure our athletes are household names both in Atlanta and across the region.”
On Atlanta Dream’s social media accounts, a full broadcast schedule indicates that OTT “walled garden” games are in the mix when it comes to away games, in particular. On June 4 and August 20, Prime Video is the lone venue for Dream telecasts.
