In June, the privately held owner of radio and TV stations based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore signed off on an asset purchase agreement that would give it ownership of a heritage adult-oriented Top 40 station in Wilmington, Del., along with an AM station in the market and four other FMs across the region.
That deal has just closed.
