She’s based in Florida’s state capital and has been an active trader of low power television properties in recent years. Now, Kristina Bruni is agreeing to acquire a LPTV property in two of the biggest markets in the Lone Star State.
An agreement finalized on September 25 and just submitted for FCC regulatory approval sees Bruni, through FPB License Holdings II, agree to purchase KZHO-LD 3 in Houston and KHFW-LD 4 in Dallas from Iglesia Manmin Toda La Creación USA Inc.
A $1 million purchase price was agreed upon by the parties, and a $20,000 deposit has been made by Bruni. The remaining funds will be paid in cash at closing.
There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction, which sees Mark Denbo of Smithwick & Belendiuk serve as the buyer’s legal counsel.
