The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 8.5% this month. That is the biggest monthly gain in four years. Investors say that the gains are caused by the global central banks and their talk of stimulus packages, or the delay in raising interest rates. Radio and Television both showed gains for a second straight day.
The RBR Radio Index rose 1.021, or 0.18%, to 556.948.
The TVBR Television Index rose 6.848, or 0.73%, to 941.126.
