LOS ANGELES — A trio of licensees of broadcast television stations serving Southern California have each entered into consent decrees with the FCC Media Bureau’s Video Division, led by Barbara Kreisman, that will see civil penalties of significance result in hefty checks written out as payable to the U.S. Treasury.
