Baker Family’s Positive Alternative Radio sold an FM translator in Charlottesville, Va.
The buyer was Saga Communications.
The price was $150,000 cash for W256BY. The transaction application linked the translator to WCNR-FM Keswick, Va., a Class A on 106.1 MHz with 600 W @ 1,024’.
The 99 watt translator was operating at 99.1 MHz to re-broadcast WKTR(AM).
