Some Holiday Ads Leave TV for Social Media

People watching TVHallmark, traditionally a big television advertiser for the holidays, has cut back its Q4 seasonal ad spend.


Part of that is replacing TV ads with ads on YouTube and partnering with bloggers to talk up the brand. It’s targeting millennial moms with social media.
