Set August 10 For TEGNA’s Q2 Review

It looks like the second Monday in August could be a busy one for Wall Street analysts that follow media companies. ViacomCBS will release its second quarter earnings on that date, and at the same time make a CFO transition. August 10 will also see the release of TEGNA's Q2 2020 results.

NBC SPOT ON Inventory Floats To Mediaocean

The NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations’ division has entered into a multiyear partnership with Mediaocean in an arrangement designed to help advertisers access NBC Spot On’s inventory through Mediaocean’s Spectra platform.

SAG-AFTRA OKs Tentative AMPTP Agreement

The SAG-AFTRA National Board of Directors, via a videoconference plenary held Monday, has approved the tentative agreement reached with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers on June 11. With the board’s approval, the deal covering motion picture, television and new media production now goes to the union’s membership for ratification.
