Big Horn Closes On Wyoming TV Deal Following DOJ Gray Slay

Three deals involving TV stations in Wyoming, brokered by Kalil & Co., were filed in early October 2019 with the FCC. Now, the transactions, which include the sale of three TV stations and two LPTVs in the Casper, Wyo., DMA, have closed. That deal was only made possible after Gray Television's bid for one of the properties was nixed on the grounds it created a duopoly.
