Travel to the Champaign-Urbana area of downstate Illinois, and you'll find a quartet of radio stations licensed to Stevie Jay Broadcasting. Until now, it's been a three-way partnership involving an investment group and two individuals. As of today, Stevie Jay himself is poised to be the sole owner of these FMs.

Travel an hour south of Norfolk via U.S. Highway 17 and you'll end up in Hertford, N.C. — a major agricultural town in the Elizabeth City region. Here, you can listen to "The Bull" if you don't see one. At least, that's the case today. The FM has just been sold.

It's known around Plattsburgh, N.Y. for offering "everything that rocks." With a Class A signal, this FM also scrapes the Burlington, Vt., area across Lake Champlain. Now, this property -- with a broadcast tower just down the road from the infamous Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, N.Y. -- is being spun. The seller? It's none other than Randy Michaels.

On June 21, 2007, a group of AM and FM radio stations owned by iHeartMedia predecessor Clear Channel Communications were placed into the Aloha Station Trust. Nearly 14 years later, the station in a trust originally overseen by the late Jeanette Tully is heading to a new owner.

At the end of August 2020, Anthony Bucher and his Hitmaker Music Group LLC struck a deal giving it ownership of a pair of AM radio stations and an FM translator in the heart of Florida's "Gator Country." Now, Bucher is officially the licensee of the stations in the Gainesville-Ocala market.

In recent years, tuning to Channel 32 in Columbus, Ohio, would have yielded the Movies! affiliate, with the Weigel diginet siblings Heroes & Icons and Start TV networks on its DT signals. Now, the low-power TV station is being sold to a religious broadcaster that's held a Time Brokerage Agreement for the facility since 2019.

A Class A FM serving Cape Cod and the famed town of Provincetown, Mass., is changing hands. It marks a new era for a station offering rock 'n' roll favorites along the Dunes. And, there's a restaurant getting some ad time as part of the deal's terms.

An AM licensed to Canton, Illinois is on the move again. It is tied to Iliana Communcations' decision to divest its Canton stations.

Travel 40 miles south of the University of Georgia's main campus in Athens, and you'll find Greensboro, Ga., and the small town of Siloam, situated on Carl Sanders Highway. Here, a Class A devoted to praising Jesus is trading hands. The buyer is based on Florida's Panhandle.

"Boomtown Richmond" is officially getting a little more oomph. It is purchasing two AMs and an FM translator that were once part of Davidson Media Group's Spanish-language holdings across the East Coast, operated via an LMA for nearly three years.

Travel between Rocky Mount and Wilmington, N.C., along U.S. 258, and you'll come across the picturesque city of Kinston, in Lenoir County. Here, a low-powered TV station is being sold by Tutt Media Group.

The Colorado cities of Aspen, Steamboat Springs and Vail are famous for their ski resorts. In each of these locales, low-power TV stations have been licensed to serve local viewers. Now, they are being acquired by the founder and CEO of Diya TV.

In May 2015, the Rev. Denny Hazen passed away, leaving behind his wife, Marge. Both were widely known across Northeast Ohio for their long-running broadcast ministry, which saw the launch of a TV program and ownership of radio stations. Now, one of those FMs is being spun.

An Class D AM in Barstow, Calif., in November with well-remembered call letters for Los Angeles radio listeners of the past was acquired in mid-November 2020 by The Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council. What wasn't immediately known was that the MMTC had an immediate buyer.

In the Pacific Northwest, the Iglesia Pentecostal Víspera Del Fin has emerged as a broadcast ministry dedicated to serving Hispanic evangelicals.  Now, it is gaining some broadcast power by striking deals with both Amador Bustos and Ed Distell.
