On July 14RBR+TVBR reported on the sale of WROZ-FM “Fun 101.3” by Hall Communications.

It turns out Hall wasn’t done with divestments in central Pennsylvania.

Hall on Friday submitted to the FCC an asset sale agreement that confirms it is exiting the Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York, Pa., region.

The seller’s broker: Kalil & Co.

With Lynn Deppen signing for the buyer, Forever Media is agreeing to purchase WONN-FM in Starview, Pa.; WLPA-AM in Lancaster, Pa.; and FM translator W223CH.

The stations are presently branded as “ESPN 92.7,” and it’s a deal valued at $400,000.

Terms call for $360,000 to be paid at closing. The remaining $40,000 has been paid and is in escrow.

Serving as Forever’s broker in this transaction is Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co.

ESPN Radio will be merged into a regional operation based in York, Pa., that includes three brands: WYCR-FM “Rocky 98.5,” WGTY-FM “Froggy 107.7,” and “Happy” Oldies network WGET-AM, WHVR-AM, W229DK and W237EN.
