It is an FM translator serving the Tennessee city of Chattanooga at 104.3 MHz. Soon, it will be licensed to Immanuel Broadcasting Network. Will "The Message" be altered for this operation?

They proudly serve Wyoming’s Wind River Basin. Now, an AM/FM combo, along with an FM translator, are heading to a new owner in a deal brokered by two individuals who know the lay of the land — Cody, Wyo.-based Larry and Susan Patrick.

Its a tiny town in Lewis County, Mo., that had under 550 residents in the 2010 U.S. Census. It's important enough of a locale for Gray Television to make a deal for a low-powered TV station based in this tiny burgh. There's a perfectly good reason it is buying the facility, when one looks at a map.

Earlier this year, Laurence Zimmerman-led Landover Wireless drafted two transactions that saw the transfer of control of unbuilt LPTVs to Jeff Winemiller and his Lowcountry 34 Media. Now, Zimmerman's group is spinning an unbuilt LPTV property in Idaho. The buyer could use it to expand the markets where Evoca is being launched.

Travel between Terre Haute and Indianapolis, and you'll cross Putnam County, Indiana. Here, a 3kw FM offering Adult Contemporary programming is the local home of Indianapolis Colts football, Indiana Pacers basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. And, it is about to be sold to a new owner.

It's a Fargo, N.D., based media company that does business as Flag Family Media. And, it is the latest buyer of radio stations — and one of just a handful of non-religious, for-profit entities that have emerged as investors in additional AM and FM stations in the last 18 months.

Its original FM namesake is now owned by Educational Media Foundation and sports the WAIW call letters. The FM station that then took those call letters was later sold with its sibling to Metro Radio Inc., in a deal announced in April. Now, the last remaining asset that Allen Shaw owned in Virginia's Shenandoah region is being sold, too.

A low-power television station serving the capital city of Florida is being sold. The buyer? It's been broadcasting on television since 1992 and launched an international television network in 2016. That offering is likely on the way for Tallahassee.

Serving the Centralia, Wash., area is an FM translator at 99.7 MHz. It is a sibling to an FM translator at 102.1 MHz, sandwiched between Renton and Tacoma, Wash., and serving the southern portion of the Seattle DMA. These translator twins are seeing an ownership adjustment. It's not a "sale," given the assignor and assignee.

If you've ever been to North Florida Christian School, you can't miss the large broadcast tower that sits between the school's athletic field and North Florida Baptist Church. Until now, it has relayed a low-power FM's Spanish-language religious programming serving Tallahassee. That could change very soon, as the FM translator is being sold.

The operator of CoolRadioStreaming.com in February 2020 moved forward with the sale of his last FM, which serves a Rocky Mountain ski resort town. Then came the COVID-19 pandemic. That deal never closed. Now, Dobrez has a new buyer lined up for the facility.

Go northwest of Chicago's Loop, and you'll find such communities as Des Plaines, Norridge and Rosemont. Here, a 300-watt Class A FM using a tower in Schiller Park has offered listener-supported "Radio for the Jesus People" to the area. That's about to change, thanks to the sale of this tiny noncomm.

In May 2018, a station swap was consummated that saw Salem Media Group trade a Class B AM serving the Seattle-Tacoma market for KPAM-AM 860 in Portland, Ore., a station it was operating via an LMA with Intelli LLC. Now, Intelli is selling that Seattle property to Salem.

In Grand Junction, Colo., Gray Television enjoys a formidable presence, with ownership of NBC/Telemundo/MeTV affiliate KKCO-11 and a low-power TV station that serves as the western Colorado market's home for ABC, Ion Network and The CW Network. Gray is adding another LPTV property to the mix.

He's the President of Carroll County Broadcasting and of related entity Bunyard Northwest Properties. Now, Jay Bunyard is adding an additional Arkansas radio property to his stable of stations.
