KINGSTON, N.Y. — On Friday (1/31), RBR+TVBR was first to report on the sale of a low-powered TV station serving the New York State Capital Region by Dan Viles. It turns out the buyer of that property is also buying a pair of LPTV properties just to the south in the Catskills, and the seller is low power TV entrepreneur and 5G TV advocate “SuperFrank” Copsidas.
