A presently dark FM translator licensed to use a tower on the north side of Scranton, Pa., bringing coverage to Susquehanna River communities such as Upper Exeter, is being traded by the media company founded and led by Vince Benedetto.
He’s made a deal with a regional media operation under the direction of Managing Member Benjamin Smith.
