Stocks surged Thursday after comments from the European Central Bank’s president signaled more willingness to stem skyrocketing European bond yields and after some positive U.S. data reports. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 211.88 points, or 1.7%, to 12,887.93, the best day this month.
The RBR Radio Index was down 6.669, or 1.7%, to 383.078.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.535, or 2.0%, to 229.154.
