The Sunshine Notice is out for the July FCC Open Meeting, and the rules governing the incentive auction will be a major topic. There are a few other matters on the agenda as well.
The meeting is set for Thursday 7/16/15 at 10:30 AM Eastern.
The auction rules of the road and policies designed to provide realistic bidding opportunities for companies other than the very largest wireless outfits will be discussed.
There is also a Consent Agenda that will take up nine separate Media Bureau proceedings involving various television and radio licenses.
Finally, there is a mystery item, which states that the commissioners will consider an unspecified enforcement issue.
Here, from the FCC, is the full agenda.
