The nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute who also serves as the Director and Gunter Professor of the Public Utility Research Center at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business has called on FCC Chairman Brendan Carr to add his name to America’s “short but distinguished list of deregulatory heroes.”
This, Mark Jamison posits, can be done by dismantling the agency Carr leads.
