In early March, RBR+TVBR first shared details of a comparative consideration of some 15 groups of mutually exclusive applications for new noncommercial educational FM radio station permits by the Audio Division of the FCC’s Media Bureau.
This would bring a resolution on who the licensee of these new stations should be, through the use of a “threshold fair distribution analysis.” That process, led by division chief Al Shuldiner, has concluded.
Now, the same process has been applied to a second group of NCEs, totaling 19.
