Radiant Life Ministries has signed off on the purchase of WBFT-CD in Sanford, N.C.
The seller is Sanford Broadcasting Group, led by Kim Lilley. Until now, it was the epitome of what low-power TV broadcast groups believe such facilities should provide — hyperlocal programming including high school sports, and other local programming.
Now, GM Lilley is handing WBFT over to TCT for $115,000.
A $15,000 escrow deposit has been made and is being held at Brooks Pierce.
TCT programming will air on WBFT pursuant to a LMA ahead of closing.
