A trio of West Virginia radio stations are being sold, and the transaction, which sees Seth Williams of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth serve as the legal counsel for both parties, brings in a new owner dedicated to a “Save Our Station” effort.
That’s the official name of the licensee that, pending FCC approval, will be acquiring the three properties.
