When the iconic Jorge Rámos exits TelevisaUnivision at the end of 2024, Noticiero Univision will be embarking on a new era by going with a sole anchor for the first time. And, the job is going to a woman.
Ilia Calderón will take the helm for the Univision network’s signature newscast, marking a new era for the Miami-headquartered organization.

Ramos, who has co-anchored Noticiero Univision for 38 years, spent seven of those years alongside Calderón.
Calderon has been associated with Univision since 2007 and for two years prior was at Telemundo.
