It is presently one of three signals offering listeners Country music found across a wide swath of the Keystone State under the “Froggy” brand. It covers the western portion of the Pittsburgh market; Wheeling, W. Va.; and Cadiz, Ohio.
Soon, it will be another Member station tied to an Educational Media Foundation brand.
WOGH-FM 103.5 in Burgettstown, Pa., a Class B with 19.5kw, is being acquired by EMF from Forever Media in a deal signed off by Lynn Deppen on November 5.
An $800,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties. A $40,000 deposit has been made and is being held by Bergner & Co.
Forever Media’s broker is Michael J. Bergner. Its legal counsel in this transaction is Robert F. Wright Esq., of Augusta, Ga.
