Seven broadcast television stations owned by Byron Allen-led Allen Media Group won’t be giving up their ABC Television Network affiliations anytime soon. A new multi-year agreement is now in place with AMG’s Allen Media Broadcasting.

The fresh agreement with Disney Entertainment Television covers the following AMG properties:

KITV-TV “ISLAND NEWS” in Honolulu, serving the state of Hawaii

KEZI-TV in Eugene-Springfield, Ill.

KDRV-TV in Medford-Ashland, Ore.

WKOW-TV in Madison, Wisc.

WXOW-TV in La Crosse, Wisc.

WJRT-TV in Flint, Mich.
The eight properties are tied to a 13-station group, following earlier divestments by Allen as part of a leverage reduction initiative.
