The second quarter of 2026 proved to be a bit of a downer for Saga Communications, the radio station ownership group that sees Daniel Tisch-led Towerview LLC and Gate City Capital Management as its top two shareholders.
Net income declined, as did its net operating revenue, as Chief Financial Officer Sam Bush disclosed that the company has sold its residential home used for Saga business in the picturesque Lido Key neighborhood of Sarasota, Fla.
