A group comprised of 10 state and regional cable television and internet services associations has filed documentation with the FCC notifying Chairman Brendan Carr that it will be moving forward with a Petition for Stay and injunction, pending judicial review, of its formal repeal of a Congressionally mandated national television ownership reach limit.
