The two individuals serving as counsel to Fox Television Stations have written to the FCC asking them to reject the latest ex parte filing by one of the individuals associated with the Media and Democracy Project, a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit intent on getting the Commission to deny the license renewal of WTXF-29 in Philadelphia on the grounds that it aired false and misleading news reports during the 2020 U.S. presidential election cycle.
