It’s been a little while since broker Bill Schutz has filed a deal for one of the Radio Disney stations he’s peddling – but it’s also been many months since we looked at the results. So here’s an update.
The short answer is that there is plenty of beachfront property to be had, if you don’t mind working in the AM band.
In all, nine stations have been sold, for prices ranging from $12,950,000 for WQEW New York, to $600,000 for WGFY in Charlotte.
The total raked in thus far: $27,795,000, an average of a bit less than $3.1M per station.
Take WQEW out of the picture, and the other eight have an average sale price of $1.856M.
