On Tuesday, Nexstar Media Group and TEGNA formally announced that they’ve reached an agreement in which the stations owned by the company formerly known as Gannett would be acquired by the nation’s largest single owner of TV properties. That hasn’t stopped TEGNA from naming a new leader at its Indianapolis operations.
