Entercom’s WRKO-AM Boston announced a new health airing on Sundays from 5:00 – 6:00pm beginning 9/18. “The Health and Wellness Hour,” will be hosted by Dr. Alan Glaser, Medical Director at Wellesley Primary Care Medicine. Glaser, who earned his medical doctorate at the Boston University School of Medicine in 1994, will interview two specialists each week, who will provide unique insight into a wide range of medical issues, including preventative measures listeners can take to deal with health-related problems that could affect their future.
“Boston’s medical community is home to many of the world’s best doctors and researchers,” said Jason Wolfe, VP of AM Programming. “The information that they’ll provide on this program will be extremely valuable to our audience and I’m looking forward to a very meaningful and enlightening discussion each week.”
