KHPN-LD in Olympia, Wash., with a PSIP of Channel 51, is being sold by Edge Spectrum to Lowcountry 34 Media, the LPTV-focused licensee headed by Jeff Winemiller.
With Davina Sashkin of Wilkinson Barker Knauer serving as Winemiller’s legal counsel, an asset purchase agreement has been submitted to the FCC for its regulatory approval.
No cash consideration is tied to the transfer of control request, with the cost of engineering services paid to Edge Spectrum by Lowcountry 34 Media constituting full payment for the station.
