For those actively following the low-power broadcast television business in the U.S., Jeff Winemiller and Kristina Bruni are familiar figures who have been involved in many a trade of late. Now, Winemiller is agreeing to sell three LPTVs to Bruni in a deal just submitted to the FCC for its regulatory approval.
Winemiller’s Lowcountry 34 Media is spinning K27PI-D in Portland, Ore.; W19FD-D in Terre Haute, Ind.; and W34FD-D in Saginaw, Mich.; to Bruni’s Fair Play 4U LLC.
A $555,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties, with a $27,750 deposit paid. A $40,000 option fee paid on August 19 will be credited toward the purchase price.
