The ViacomCBS Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of both the company’s Class A and Class B common stock.
The dividend is valued at $0.24 per share and will be payable on July 1 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2020.
Viacom’s Class A shares are priced at $23.06, and rose 2.7% on Tuesday.
Viacom’s Class B shares, which everyday shareholders can obtain, are valued at $19.64, closing up 3.1% on Tuesday.
