Hispanic media giant Univision has added some bulk to an existing financial instrument that will move a pile of debt from the not-all-that-near future to even further down the road, with an added benefit.
The plan is to add $600M to existing $750M 5.125% senior notes, taking it to $1.35B. The notes are due in 2025.
