Dale A. Ganske (“Seller”) and Farmworker Educational Radio Network, Inc., a California corporation (“Buyer”) have agreed on the sale of an FM translator for $125,000. Seller is the licensee of FM translator K258CZ, Facility ID 71816, which is currently licensed to Big Pine, Etc., California, Channel 258 (99.5 MHz), FCC File No, BLFT20160606AAS (the “Translator”). The Federal Communications Commission (the “FCC”) has issued a construction permit for the Translator to move to Las Vegas, Nevada, on Channel 244 (96.7 MHz), FCC File No. BPFT-20060729AAS (the “Construction Permit”). The buyer was represented by Brad Deutsch of GARVEY SCHUBERT BARER. The seller did not have counsel.
A second Purchase Agreement has between Light Of Life Ministries, Inc., a non-profit corporation formed and registered in the State Of Maine (“Seller”) and Atlantic Coast Radio, LLC, formed and registered in the State of Maine (“Buyer”). The Seller holds a valid FCC License for FM Translator Station operating on 92.5 MHz, W223BH, Portland, Maine (the “Translator”). The sale price is $35,001. The Seller was represented by Lee G. Petro of DRINKER BIDDLE & REATH, LLP. The Buyer was represented by Melodie A. Virtue, Esq. of GARVEY SCHUBERT BARER.
