America’s Public Television Stations (APTS), the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) submitted comments on Tuesday in response to the third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the state of the “Next Generation” broadcast television transition.
